The Edmonton Roadrunners were awarded the Clarence S. Campbell Trophy after they defeated the Canuckss and Remparts in the first two rounds of the playoffs before getting by the Barracudas in a six game Canadian Conference final. The Roadrunners then went on to lose the Stanley Cup Championship in a five game series against the Detroit Phantoms. |

Center Joe Sakic has captured the Hart Memorial Trophy which is awarded "to the player adjudged to be the most valuable to his team," as selected by the National Hockey Association General Managers.
Sakic received twelve of twenty-three votes while other nominees Joe Thornton reveived five votes, Dany Heatley four votes, and Roberto Luongo two votes..
Sakic led the 2006-2007 season in goals with forty-nine with one-hundred and seven points while playing in eighty-two games. Sakic scored an average of 1.30 points per game and had twenty more goals then his next closest teammate. |

Joe Thornton has won the National Hockey Associations Art Ross Trophy which is awarded "to the player who leads the league in scoring at the end of the regular season".
Thornton led the league with one-hundred and ten points (29 goals, 81 assists) with a plus thirty-nine rating. Thornton was three points ahead of Vincent Lecavalier (Toronto Gladiators) and Joe Sakic (Houston Rockhounds). |

Sakic scored forty-nine goals this season in eighty-two games played which is three more then Firebirds forward Ilya Kovalchuk. Sakic also managed to score twenty more goals then his next closest teammate Alex Tanguay (29) and accounted for sixteen percent of all goals scored by the Rockhounds. |

Goaltender Martin Brodeur was awarded the Conn Smyth trophy as the most valuable player in the playoffs. Brodeur had a 2.13 goals-against-average and .925 save percentage through twenty-two playoff games. Brodeur was instrumental in the Phantoms quest for the Stanley Cup and was largely responsible for many of the teams victories.. |

Phaneuf received fifteen of twenty-three votes cast with other nominees Wade Redden receiving five votes, Jay Bouwmeester two votes, and Sergei Zubov one vote..
Phaneuf amassed a total of seventy points (19 goals, 51 assists) in seventy-six games played.. Phaneuf also led all defensemen with a plus/minus rating of plus sixty-four. |

Gerber led the Edmonton Roadrunners to the top of the Canadian Conference standings with one-hundred and six points. Gerber had a very good record of 36-19-6 in sixty-five games played with a 2.47 goals-against-average, .905 save percentage and five shutouts.. |

Dion Phaneuf of the Toronto Gladiators has won the Calder Memorial Trophy, awarded "to the player selected as the most proficient in his first year of competition in the National Hockey Association."
Phaneuf received twenty of twenty-two votes cast to earn the trophy with other nominees Matt Pettinger receiving two votes, Mike Richards zero votes, and Jeff Carter zero votes.
In his first full season with the Gladiators, Phaneuf was the leading scorer amongst Gladiators defensemen with seventy points (19 goals, 51 assists), while also leading the team in hits (232) and penalty minutes (191). |

Vyacheslav Kozlov of the Detroit Phantoms has been awarded the Frank J. Selke trophy in recognition of "the forward who best excels in the defensive aspects of the game," as selected by the National Hockey Association General Managers.
Kozlov received eight of eighteen votes to capture the award while other nominees Patrik Elias received six votes, David Vyborny three votes, and Martin St. Louis one votes.
Kozlov was the most complete player for the Phantoms this past season, playing in every situation for team including the power-play and penalty-kill. Kozlov recorded seventy-three points (26 goals, 47 assists) and had a very good plus/minus rating of plus forty-four. |
William M. Jennings Trophy

 Miikka Kiprusoff/Manny Fernandez - Toronto Gladiators
Toronto Gladiators goaltenders Miikka Kiprusoff and Manny Fernandez have been awarded the William M. Jennings trophy in recognition of "the goalkeeper(s) having played a minimum of twenty-five games for the team with the fewest goals scored against it".
Kiprusoff and Fernandez backstopped the Gladiators to a league low 197 goals against, edging out the Roadrunners tandom of Martin Gerber and Jocelyn Thibault who allowed 215 goals against this season. |
